Sweet Fudge Not Coffee Balls
1 cup roasted almonds (or natural almonds for raw version)
1 cup pitted medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 5 minutes and drained)
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
3 tsp smooth peanut butter
3 tbsp cacao powder
1.5 tsp Not Coffee
Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until thick and fudge.
Roll into ball of desired size and store them into the fridge for up to one week.
